    Spoiled meat?

    I've been in Minnesota all week. My wife left the house to go to Austin on Wednesday and got back yesterday morning. The freezer door has been cracked open and everything was defrosted. She said everything was a tad cooler than room temp but I wasn't there. Y'all think two days is enough to spoil the meat or could it actually still be good?

    Hard to say but not worth the chance on getting sick.

      If there are still ice crystals in the center then it should be okay. If in doubt though throw it out.

              That would be my response. Toss the dice and see what comes up?

              Not me. I will keep my gambling at the card or crap table and leave the eating for something that I am sure of.
