killing insects in your popup blinds

What do you folks use that will kill insects in your popup blinds and somewhat keep them from coming back? Is there a fogger that you can run in there for a few minutes that will kill them all?

I opened one of my blinds 2 days ago to do some limb trimming outside the blind and there was a huge web and a black widow parked right in the middle of it! I want them all dead and I want them all dead now! What can I use that will take care of everything inside the blind?

We used to use a fogger that killed wasp and yellowjackets in the rifle blinds. I just did not know if they had anything similar that would work for all insects.

Yea, I'll second that. I killed a mutha of a spider this past weekend in my pop-up. I dang near cut holes thru the wall trying to stab that thing with an arrow. They were everywhere. They do make just insect bombs/foggers. I would think they would work. We use to set one off in each room of our camp when we were getting ready to leave.

      Dang it, Codie. Black widow??!!

Now I'm not gonna be comfortable next Saturday before daylight sitting in my little pop-up. I'm gonna have to watch for the recommendations. I HATE spiders. I'll deal with a snake just fine, but keep those dang 8-legged creepy crawly things away from me!

I use the same stuff I spray along the baseboards inside my house. It creates a barrier that keeps bugs out and will kill anything that crawls across it. If you spray down the inside of the blind now you will be bug free for pretty much the whole season. The smell goes away after a few hours.

We found one (black widow) in my wife's blind a couple weeks ago as well. I will be interested to see what people use.

Good stuff! I've used it around the house with good results.

Thermacell will drive them out. May not keep them gone but will clear the blind pretty quickly.

I hang the ear tags in and around my blinds and feeders. I haven't had a spider problem, come to think of it. Maybe they work on them too - I hope. I hate spiders. KAS!

I like the finger and thumb method.....I don't like to sit in insecticide and breath it while I hunt.....plus you want to keep everything scent free....
