Hey guys and gals! If you are a member of LSBA, please register on our website at www.lonestarbowhunter.com. I am going to start utilizing a mass email feature that we have to notify members of any upcoming events, hunts or important information. Don't worry about being bombarded with emails. I am going to try to send out one email at the beginning of each month and inform members about upcoming events for that month. We have lots of events coming up in the next several months, i.e., Beach Party, State Shoot, Hunters' Extravaganza, BPS Pop-up Shoot, etc. If you would like to be included in the emails, please go to our site and register!

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that had trouble figuring out exactly what Dena was asking us to do. I'm between semesters so I just thought my brain was just on vacation.

OK...... As long as you enter your email address when you register then you should be ok. If anyone has any questions let me know, I can look and make sure that all the info is there.

David/Tim/Ed - All three of you have your emails in the system, so ya'll are set. Thanks for doing that. This will give LSBA a way to get more information to our members.

I apologize for the confusion! I forgot Buff had put that on the home page. The previous email that I sent to the members was sent through a different website, so I was able to use the email addresses from the membership list and insert them into the email. We had to pay a fee for this service. Now we are able to send mass emails through our website at no charge, but to receive an email, you have to be a registered user on our site. I cannot manually insert email addresses. I hope that made sense.

To register, go to LSBA's home page, click on "Feedback" on the left side, click on here, go to the top right hand side of the page and click on "Register."
