Jim Shockey has a new show on TV called the professional and Corey Knowlton went out west off the coast of California and filmed a show on taking some huge mako sharks with a bow. I DVR'd the show cause it was that cool.

I am not sure but I think you can still shout them in LA, and for sure other states.

You Can shoot just about anything in LA.
Get a big one.

You can shoot redfish with a bow in LA !
If it was legal in Texas I probably wouldn't chase much else.

You can shoot shark in LA. Checked into it last year...$3K. Don't wanna shark that bad...YET! We went on a bowfishing trip for reds last year in Louisiana and had a lot of fun. The Lone Star Bowhunters Assn. has another one set for February 26, 2011. The weekend before Mardi Gras! I can't wait!!!
