Are you talking about atv tires? I am assuming so...
I just changed the tires on my atv last week. They had all been slimed with the "green slime" stuff. Changed them myself, and there is no damage to the rim, etc. The only problem is the slime will get all over you, no matter how hard you try to avoid it . I am not sure what the atv dealers use for slime (I would assume the same material), so not sure there.
slime shouldn't effect it much unless you had a leak around sidewall. The slime doesn't thicken until met with air to dry it out. I have never had one effect them coming off...and I am a slime freak with the mesquites at our place! lol
So you guys are saying it stays as a liquid as long as it is in the tire so when I take it off it is going to make a mess. I wonder if the guys at discount tire will change out the tires for me if they have been slimed?

They will, but they'll prolly look at you sideways. One of my buddies dumped a 2 quarts in his Landcruiser tires before they(discount) mounted them on his rims. He had to drive about 50 to the ranch because that much slime threw em a lil outta balance.
2 Quarts of anything in a tire would throw it way out of balance. Some of the sealers we used on the farm would rust or corrode rims over time and ruin them. The newer sealers don't seem to do that.
last time i check there was air inside the tire! it is a mess to deal with and any tire store should be able to dismount and mount for you tire discount in abilene did my buddies for like 10 bucks total.

It does for sure throw them out, He knew it going into it, but two years later and not one flat. The guys at discount are cool about the slime. It's their job.
