Well I haven't told a lot of people, but 31 days ago I started the Power 90 in home boot camp. I let myself get into the worst possible shape and could not stand it any more.
I told myself I could commit to 90 days of working out and eating better.
Take some pictures and measurements. Just put in the DVD and work out.
Well the first week was a pure beat down, but I did it. Not at the same pace, but I never quit.
Fast forward to today. Carido day. I am doing everything at their pace. My muscles are getting a good burn. I still struggle with eating better, but I am getting better.
Within the next week I will move on to phase 3 and 4 of the sculpting work out. I will stick to phase 1 and 2 of the cardio for another couple of weeks because I need more time with the ab ripper 100 part.
After I finish this program I will move on to the P90x. I have some goals set and need to hit them.
