    Power 90 day 31

    Well I haven't told a lot of people, but 31 days ago I started the Power 90 in home boot camp. I let myself get into the worst possible shape and could not stand it any more. I told myself I could commit to 90 days of working out and eating better.

    Take some pictures and measurements. Just put in the DVD and work out. Well the first week was a pure beat down, but I did it. Not at the same pace, but I never quit.

    Fast forward to today. Carido day. I am doing everything at their pace. My muscles are getting a good burn. I still struggle with eating better, but I am getting better.

    Within the next week I will move on to phase 3 and 4 of the sculpting work out. I will stick to phase 1 and 2 of the cardio for another couple of weeks because I need more time with the ab ripper 100 part.

    After I finish this program I will move on to the P90x. I have some goals set and need to hit them.

      to be honest I am staying away from the scale until I am done.

      The before picture and day 30 picture my wife and I can see a big difference.

                    nice work!

                    I want to try that P90 thing some day. I slid back a little lately with all the end of Summer play and added about 5lbs of dead weight tonnage.

                    I'm trying to re-focus... but my ankle has been barking at me with the increased activity.

                    I took this photo this morning after my workout...

                    Lil' duct tape and ice does a body good!

                      Way to go 2050.. wife and I are on our 3rd week of p90. We are still on phase 1&2 also. First time in my life I am watching what I eat. (I'm 54)Whole grain ain't that bad

                        Yes I would. I have an L4 and L5 issue, but I have no problem with the workout.

                              I have never had a problem watching what I eat.

                              Whole grains are nice, but should be saved for the dove we hunt.
