Sticker sighting

Saw you around 4:15 pm on Monday Sept. 13. You were driving a black Chevy Silverado. Saw you on 59 at 610 on the North side of Downtown Houston. You were headed North toward Kingwood/Cleveland. The sticker was in the middle of the window at the top.

wow..you just missed me there.. had to go an alternative route because they had the over pass off 59 blocked off coming from downtown...
