    Moth Ballin Vehicles

With fuel the way it is today.....Im havin trouble with just machinery in general sittin for a long time.

Had to replace almost entire fuel system (tank included) on the 4Runner because of fuel goin to tarnish.

Workin on a Yamaha Grizzly right now that has a gummed up carb.

Weedeater never seems to want to run right.

What do you do when you know you are gonna have sumthin sit for awhile? Drain the fuel? Add stabilizer?

    Let me here it!

Got me to wonderin if my new generator will run or not.

I like to put them on blocks in the Alvin High School parking lot with a bed full of cowboy hats.

Or just put a bottle of Sta-Bil in the tank. Its not always possible but we try to keep the boat empty of fuel when not in use for this very reason.

I talked to a guy that owns a lawn mower shop in Grapevine and he told me that Echo is making a product for use in lawnmowers and such (including older outboard motors) that reduces or prevents damage caused by ethanol in older motors. He did say it was something other than sta-bil.

I use Sta-bil in anything that might not be started for a while no problems since I started using it.

I drain my stuff I can and run it till it dies if carbed. Fuel injection is not as big a deal from what I understand. Its all the new fuel fault.... I have used stabil as well- snake oil or not? IDK

you're better off stabilizing the fuel then empting the system.
