Those lil' birds can humble the best shooters. I can't wait for the regular season to open. Right we can only take 4 Mourning dove, all the WW dove are living in town.

keep the gun moving and don't look at the bird per say...focus on and shoot for the nostrils on the beak.

Don't beat yourself up too bad I shot great one day and stunk it up the next. Like you said, you're having fun, plus you are blessed to have a place to hunt.
