Axis Hide Tanning

I have an Axis doe hide I want to get tanned. Any suggestions in the Tomball/Magnolia Area. I called one place and was told $175.00. I thought that was high, but if may be the going rate..just checking..thanks

Check out longhorn tannery in Weimar texas, I have used them for 4 hides and they are around $100 it is a little drive for you but they are good.

You can do it yourself a whole lot cheaper. It's easy to do. I've done several.

longhorn tannery does a great job! i've had several hides tanned there. had them make me a traditional quiver and a lap top case out of a couple of hides. everything has turned out fantastic! Longhorn Tannery is in Weimar, just off of I-10. They accept frozen and salted capes. Turn around time is pretty quick. The number is (979) 725-8891, ask for Alvin. These are good people.
