Pork or vension???

After much thought, I've come to the conclusion that as much as I like deer meat, I'd rather have wild boar. And I love some vension! I think that you have to do a lot to vension, ie sausage, etc, than pork, to make it taste better. To me, just plain vension is better than just plain pork. What say ye?

I love the deer for the meat and the hog for the hunt. Hunting at night is such a thrill. Everything goes bump. I love it when a coon, or rabbit takes off out of the brush and scares the crap out of me. Gets the blood flowing on those cold nights with a full moon.

x2, wild hogs are ok if smoked with mesquite. Red meat is superior to white meat in my opinion.
