Wind should be good and the hogs are coming in from 830 to 1130. Went the other evening but the wind switched to the feeder at 930 so I called it a night and the hogs came in an hour after I left! Hoping to run another Slick Trick and Lumenock through another one! The Destroyer needs to spill more blood!!!

Lindale. Got to the stand at 745 to find a decent boar already there! Set my pack down to shoot and something rattled and he went back in the woods and growled a little bit. I slipped up in the stand and ran an arrow through him 15 minutes later. Not real sure I made a good shot? I think he's 50yds behind the stand but gonna look in the am. Besides pigs coming in the morning too! Alarm set for 615. Drive through Donut Palace at 630 and head back to the stand for hopefully another one before I look for this one.

Had 2 groups try to come in after I shot but a bloody lit up arrow under the feeder had em thinking otherwise.

PS THermacell rocks! Cranked it up after the hogs left to wait em out and the skeeters were gone once I lit it up. I tried it one other time and got winded so its been laying in the pack ever since. Might hafta try it from the start again!!

Looked for 3 hours this morning with BTLowry and his boy, followed pretty good blood 400yds through knee high poison ivy and briars only to loose the trail in a swampy bottom covered in ferns and briars. Probably coulda been standing on the pig and not have seen him. Gonna give it a few days and see if they're back in the area.

Thanks Brian, sorry I ran you through all that stuff for nothing. Good thing I'm not much of a betting man, I'd a put money he was 50-75yds behind the stand where I heard him last...

With all of the blood we found I would have thought we would find him, still can't believe the blood just quit in all of those weeds
Probably gonna be a combo of poison ivy and chiggers
