I hate to have to admit this but McGee....

....has looked very good tonight for the Cowboys. Amazing what a guy can show when he gets settled down and plays more that two quick series during trash time. Mark me down as saying we keep him and bump him ahead of Kitna.

And yes he's played against 1st, 2nd and 3rd teamers tonight.

I always knew he had pro qualities, he just needed a better team to play behind........

Jason, did you fall and hit your head?
Seriously, he played well tonight? I couldn't find the Cowboys game, stuck watching the Texans.

Sure looks like he played onto the roster. Great McGee performance!

And I LOVE to admit it!

LOL...no no no....If that was the case the NFL would be a small league....

He just never looked very good in the situations he was given and I was critical of him because of that.. He did however make the most of this opportunity..

I hope to see Kitna moved to #3. Kitna kinda reminds me of Brad Johnson as the Cowboys backup when his body was going downhill.

Well, you have to realize this is just pre season and it's not really taken 100% seriously. But, i have to admit that he has played well and has controlled himself well in tough situations.

I'm thinking they both made a showing...which was much needed and welcomed!

Supposedly he can kick 65+ yards? He was yawning on the sideline when it was about his time to kick the game winning field goal. It's always nice to have someone who has ice in his veins and you know he will get the job done. Lets just hope he can produce like that when the real time comes around.

I think of McGee as a Burnet Bulldog, not an Ag. He did look great tonight and I'm for him to be ahead of Kitna.....the former Cowboy hater.
