you put them below the vanes I've had mine from cameron over a year waiting to tear up some vanes to use them but never thought of that. Is it common?

I don't know if it's common or not. But this is the second dozen I've done that way. It works fine, so if you like the look, that's all that matters.

Bobo, one long-term advantage of putting the wraps in front of the vanes is you can replace a torn vane without it effecting the wrap.

never thought of it that way and never paid much attention to see if a lot of them have been done like that. Now to find where I put those suckers.
