Deer growth from now till Oct

When aging deer I've noticed some of you guys comment that it is hard to tell because it's summer. How much will bucks change in body and antler size between now and October?
I was checking out my pics from last Oct and even younger bucks look much bigger than some older ones I've got on camera now.

    Thanks

Most places the bucks are starting or getting ready to start shedding their velvet. Their horns have stopped growing. The deer start putting on weight for the rut and the winter time. The heat takes a toll on them just like on a human during the summer. Their coats will also change from an orange type color to a gray and become a little thicker. Bucks will also look different at the end of the season b/c they are worn out from the rut.

Thanks. I was wondering if I had a bunch of runts or if last years crop was just that much bigger.
