Do not know of a website, but I can describe my way.
First use some scissors (I use medic shears) to cut their wings off as close to the breast as possible.
second remove all feathers by plucking from the breast area.
Next force your thumb underneath the point of the breat until you feel breakthrough into the cavity of the bird.
then grasp tightly, pull upwards, and rotate the breast from the bird/skin.
Set aside, and clean 14 more the same way.

Just yank the breast out, there's really nothin' to it.
I usually just pull enough feathers to be able to see the skin on the breast. With your thumbs together you can split the skin real easy, then just run one of your thumbs up under the breast bone and pry it up towards the head. I usually will take the wings and fold them under the breast when it is pryed up, then hold the breast in your hand and twist it until it pops loose. Wash it off and you're good to go.
No plucking required! Hold the bird breast up in both hands. Place a thumb on each side of the breast and press down. This splits the skin and peels it off of the breast. Slide a thumb under the breast and pull up. Now hold the breast in one hand and the rest of the bird in the other. Twist until they separate. Do this a few times and in no time you will be cleaning a bird in about 5 seconds.
If I didn't think my opinion was right, then it wouldn't be my opinion. So, any other opinion must be wrong, therefore stupid.
The easiest way I have figured out to do it is. Have a assembly line.
1st Have one person cut all the wings off the birds.
2nd Have a couple people Breasting the birds. The way I do it is, I get both my thumbs on the breast bone and slide them down at the same time one on each breast. It will remove skin and Feathers in one motion. Then stick your finger in the doves butt and rip up. That way you dont have to pluck all the feathers off, its alot alot faster and not as big of a mess. I can clean 2-3 birds this way to my friends 1 bird the other way.
