    Broadhead shooting target

I've read alot of posts, But this never crossed my mind:
Bought a Cabela's broadhead bale yesterday, $15 cheaper than the Mckenzie. I liked the blue bale, but price usually prevails. (Both built by Delta)

What I failed to relize, and did not pick up from this site, is how the heck do
you get a broadhead out of the bale without taking the head off????

After handeling the slick tricks, which flew fantastic, I'm thinking I'm going to buy the wrench. Those broadheads are too sharp to handle.

    Anyone else sense this?

I always pull my arrows through the target when I'm practicing with broadheads. Everyone once in awhile I'll have to have them re-fletched, but I have a dozen of the arrows I hunt with that I do nothing but practice with, so if I have to refletch one every once in awhile it's no big deal. I usually wait until 5 or 6 need to be redone so I can do multiple at the same time.

Shoot a bucnh of field points to loosen up the target. Then shoot your broadheads, sometimes those delta targets will actually melt to the arrow or become very sticky and be hard to remove.
