You're too late to be the first and I'm sure you won't be the last!

Thanks for the offer Tubby, would I also need the wire I see in the kit?

I know we discussed it before, but I don't see weather proof or water resistant listed.

My fears are water deluge while trailering in the rain. Now that you have it installed, what are your feelings on this?

Where my radio and antenna was mounted, the antenna wire was long enough by itself with maybe 4" to spare, no extra wire needed on mine.

No, it's not "weather resistant" but with the visor/gun rack on the font of my roof, I figured it would help block enough of the windblown rain. On the back (facing the front of the Ranger), there are 2 access holes for the antenna wire and the power wire. I'm going to plug those up with some rubber plugs the first chance I get. I also plan on running a thin bead of black silicone around the edges. If there is a big concern with the rain, I figured I could cover the radio face and speakers with some cellophane and duct tape before trailering it.

I personally see this rig as tax deductable seeing as how you have to use it to access hard to reach places in order to x-ray.

Of course! I need it to haul supplies and extra employees to the hard-to-get places on the pipeline r.o.w.. Can't expect them to haul 100# of equipment no more than 10' now can we?

Can you fit a bow in the passenger side gun box? Sweet set up by the way.

Thanks. No, can't put a bow in there. It's divided just like the driver's side is. I picked up a double bow case that I put onto the back of the high rack seat.

I'm interested also on this one Tubby. I'd love to have a roof similar to yours on my ranger. Very nice ride fellow. Congrats

Cline's in Ft. Worth built everything. They are the same company that makes the custom dog boxes. They don't advertise to make accessories like this and they just do it on the side. I'm not 100% satisfied with it but it's not all their fault. The new Crew's roll cage is not level and square. Therefore, they had to use a thinner gauge aluminum to get it to flex to have places to bolt it down. With the thinner aluminum and the extended visor/gun storage, it doesn't have enough backbone to stay supported hanging out over the front like it does. I'm going to do some modifications on it to stiffen it up. Overall, that is my only (small) gripe, which is relatively easy to fix.
