Ok y'all, I am looking at getting a new bow. I know everyone has a favorite but I need some serious input. Give me your choice of bow and why. At this time I shoot a Parker UltraLite with a Trap Door rest and Firefox TP3. Also through in thoughts on sights and rests as I am not loyal to any particular one right now.

I shot several and chose the Hoyt Vectrix. In the end it just felt better at the shot for me and it's very quiet. Shoot as many as you can and see what suits you.
And don't be afraid to let price be part of the equation. I had a hard time deciding between the Vectrix and the Guardian. Both felt great to me but I got the Vectrix a good bit cheaper, and I couldn't be happier.

Shoot em all and see what you like, but I second the Elite. I also HIGHLY recommend Trophy Ridge Matrix sights. I've used them for years and can't imagine going back to a horizontal pin. I have a Trophy Ridge Drop Zone rest on my Mathews and it's not bad, but the Limbdriver drop away rest by Vapor Trail blows it away. I have the Limbdriver on my Elite. It's quieter and much easier to tune and nothing attaches to the cable or slide so you don't have to start at ground zero when you change your string. I've hated every quiver I've ever had so not much help there.

I love my Allegiance. Best shooting bow I've owned since the old days of my Safari. I just got my SNL a Guardian. I told him I'd buy him whatever he wanted, but he wanted a Mathews, he'd pay for it himself. He fell in love with the Guardian. while we were looking, I shot the new Allegiance and decided I'd probably get another one this fall.
Everyone knows how I love a fast bow. I tried to shoot the PSE Xforce and couldn't get it back. I hoped it was 70 lbs or more. Nope, my little brother scaled it and it was 64 lbs. Crap, I'm getting old. There was a time I could draw over 80 lbs. I'd have to turn this bow down to about 50 to shoot it. Speed does me no good if I can't get the arrow in motion.
Personally, I never liked the single cam bows, so I'd look at the hybrids or cam and a half type bows. I really don't like Hoyts, but some people like them.
As you'll see, the reason we have so many bow companies is because everyone has their own preferences. Shoot'em and see how you like them.
I like the DropZone for a rest and the Sur-Lok Cobra sight with the light kit.
