The lease that I just got on this year has two openings left. Lots of hogs. I have seen some good deer sign and have seen pics of last years take. It is a paper co. lease and when you lease you get an area to hunt. The available areas are on a large clear cut bordered by heavy timber with a patch of hardwoods running down the center. Lease is about 30 miles northwest of Beaumont (named "Outcast Hunting Club"). The fee is $700.00 per year. If you have any further questions just pm me.

There is a cabin but I don't know if there are any beds left. plenty of room for campers though. It is year round. It is approximatly 3000 acres. It does have a live creek but I have not seen a pond yet.Comment

Did you ask them if they have a thieft problem?? I have been on several Hunting Clubs in East Texas ( paper mill land) and got several feeders and stands stolen on both places. And they were chained and locked. I don't know if I can hunt there again in the same situation. I get to mad when someone takes what belongs to me .Makes me want to hurt someone....Comment
