I have a 2010 f150 with a 5.4 and was wondering what would be the best programed for it

I am looking for one for my truck to but its a dodge. I googled dodge truck fourms and alot poped up, try that im sure there is some for fords to.

Be carefull boosting hp on a 5.4. They are notorious for blowing out spark plugs.

just get the x3 programmer , my buddy has it in his 5.4

Does it have settings 2 choose from programed on it.

My 5.4 has the Roush supercharger on it and there are no issues with blowing out spark plugs on the new one. That being said, SCT is the only way to go. I would contact Troyer performance to get the tunes and the tuner. For mail-order tunes he is the only one I'd trust.

I used JDM when I upped the boost and I was not pleased with the results. I picked up some horsepower and shaved some time off my 1/4 mile, but my gas mileage dropped like a rock. Now with a custom tune horspower is further up and 1/4 is down another 4 10th's and mpg is up higher than it was before the smaller pulley was added.

If I ran the x3 on hyperformance would there be a chance of messing up the trany
