    Gametamer Treestands?

Anybody use these for our crooked Tx oak trees? Found a deal on some and wondering if it's worth picking up a few. If you have used them, are they pretty stable when attached at an angle, looks like if you stepped on them wrong (i.e. on the edge) you could run a risk of dumping you over. Thoughts?

Yes...and if you found a better deal than is on the other thread...then your a lucky man!

I use them but they are in straight trees. If my fat butt doesn't tip them you are probably ok!

The ones with the big base( TS32)I think that is the model. Work great at any angle.

I dont like them because it is to difficult to stand up on them. It makes it hard to get on a deer if they come on the wrong side of the tree.

We have used them for years down near D'Hanis. They work great if you don't mind sitting the entire time (which I don't mind). You definitely don't want to stand and shoot from them in my opinion. The seats are comforbaly enough to sit for the hunt and of course fully rotate. I have not been caught yet spinning around 180 when deer come in behind me.

                    Seat looks kind of rickety

They work in crooked trees just fine. I've had one for several years.

Best treestand I've ever hunted. Live Oaks, post oaks, pines, mesquites...they work well in all.

I have a Gametamer (original brand), a tree tamer (keystone brand) and a Woodsey Too (gametamer style). They're all great stands.
