Okay....after 20+ years I am going to try and quit dipping. Any ideas or options would be greatly appreciated.

Dont cheat...NUMBER 1 Rule...YOU CHEAT, you will go back. Ive given up a 22 year snuff habit and it was difficult to say the least.

The first week, or the actually the first 3 days were the worst. Had some pretty serious withdrawals. After that, it was the habit of dipping that I had to break. You can do it though...Good luck.

I quit cold turkey about 17 years ago.It wasn't easy. Now the very smell of copenhagen turns my stomach.Keep plenty of sugar free gum on hand.

            Just quit.

Really it's just that easy when you decide to do it. But you and only you have to make up your mind that you are gonna do it.

I did it 10 years ago and have never looked back.

I used Smokey Mountain to quit. It is a non tobbacco snuff.

I've recently quit,(although my wife and some of my customers wish I hadn't ), and this is what I need.
                Non-tobacco tobacco.

Advice...forget the word "try". If you say you are going to try, it implies that you plan to fail.

we are here for ya man. I woke up on morning 9 years ago and decided to quit smoking. It is hard, but after the first 3 days it gets easier. Like said before don't cheat even a little.

X2 this is how I quit. First week was tuff but the smokey mountain helped a ton. Now I just chew tooth picks all the time. I usually keep a stash of smokey mountain in my truck just in case I have a craving but just stick with it you an do it! May was a year for me.

Do not replace it with cigarettes.
And have it in your mind to never have another dip again, even if it is 5 years down the road.
