Chance to get a Browning A-bolt Medallion in .22-250

I have a buddy that is saving for a trip for Disney and was selling his browning medallion in .22-250. He is wanting $500 for it. I shot it once and I think we were shooting V-max's through it not sure what grain. It was easily shooting 3/4-1/2 groups at 100. It is a real pretty gun. Anyone have one and could you post about your gun if you have one?
    Thanks,

I sure love mine, haven't shot it in a few years but it shoots like a dream. I would give it to the kids I guided to shoot cause it had very little recoil.

I made a mistake when I first shot it. The guy who has it was it to stable when he shot it and didn't think that it shot to good. Once I shot it with some support and had a cloverleaf he shot it and had close to a cloverleaf I fell in love with the gun. My mistake was showing him the gun shot better than a 6 inch group. Could of got it cheaper if I would of,hahaha. I am not that kind of jerk.

I am mostly going to use it for crows and coyotes. I have my bows and 7 mag in case someone in Texas is inviting me to shoot hogs, hint, hint. hahaha

I'd buy it. Just don't shoot a lot of guns anymore and if I want a small caliber I will just get a barrel for my wifes TC

I have a A Bolt that is 15 yrs old n a 270 and that's MY gun. It goes where I go 99 percent of the time if I think a gun wll be used. The next gun is my Winchester 30-30 that my dad handed down to me that he got at 16.

the only thing I wish it had was a 26 inch barrel instead of just a 24. Still a big boost in performance compared to my .223. Now I am going to put the NEF up for sale. I don't need two or three .22 centerfires. I got to give back the .222 to my buddy also.
