Hunting Ranch/Deer Farm Business Plan

I am looking into buying a whitetail hunting preserve in the state of Oklahoma and I need to write a business plan, especially because I need funding for the down payment, and have not written one for this type of market before. It would be very much appreciated if someone that has written a business plan for a hunting preserve or deer breeding farm could e-mail or mail me a copy so I can have something to use as a guide. Hey KBART, I'm really no help with the business plan but I do know a person who might be willing to invest a little money in the business if you can get a good plan written up. I live as close as you can to Oklahoma so if you need any help (other than financial) with getting it going let me know I would be glad to help. By the way PM sent.
