chip for 5.4L Ford

Thinking about putting a chip in the new to me Ford I just bought off of here this past week. Wanting better mpg since it will be my everyday/going to 3d shoot Expedition. Any suggestions on which one or who to talk with in the Dallas/East Texas (Canton) area about them?
