Another question for the taxidermist here

I am planning to retire next year and am planning to do some taxidermy to supplement my income, early retirment pay sucks but so does working in the oilfield. My question is of the three tanneries that I've located in Texas is there any one that you would recomend using/avoiding. I don't know that I'll need them ( I already do some work for myself and a buddy or two but I use the home tan stuff for that)

Robert at Noth Texas Tannery in Denton is a one man show and does a great job. Usually has a three month turn time.

You aren't horribly far from me. Might need your services in the future.

Do you do ducks? My taxi is a LONG ways from me now. Got two to pick up and don't think I will be driving back to College Station for my duck work.

I here ya about the oilfield. I did it, quit, and came back to it 12yrs later. Pay isn't bad.

Texag, I've never done any birds, I plan to start on some this fall, depending on how things go I may be able to in the future, as it stands right now I wouldn't expect money from someone, for something that I wouldn't be glad to pay for myself. I'll let you know how things go send you some pictures later, for me though learning how to get pictures on this stupid computer will be harder than anything else.
