Slab Estimates

We are working towards putting the final touches on the ranch house. It looks like it will be right at 4500 sq feet of slab including the house, porches and carport...this will be one continuos piece more or less a rectangle. I know there are variables but what range am I looking at on a $ per square foot?

Looking for turnkey with forming, support, etc.

Turn key - somewhere between $4.50 - $5.50, Post tension or steel? Don't forget that cost Labor for laying the steel or cables is usually in that TK cost, but not steel / cable cost itself.
