Well since my mom went to Vegas for a week and left me, i figured i might as well cook something good for myself so she can miss out on it
I started with steaks from my doe last year and thawed them.
Then i marinaded them in alot of stuff, but mainly olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinigarette, honey, and italian seasonings.

Put a pan on the stove on high and put a steak in, sear both sides and move on to the next steak.

Pre-heat the oven to 500 and put the steaks in for 4 minutes.

Take them out and let them sit 5 min, then add a little A-1 and enjoy
