New User and New to Texas

Hey everyone I'm new to the forum and new to Texas. I am on the move to Texas as we speak, I am from Walla Walla, Washington and got a job in San Angelo TX with Wildlife Systems as a hunting guide/ranch hand. I am a serious bow hunter and just picked it up 3 years ago. Ive harvested mule deer, whitetail, black bear, and elk with my bow. I bought a Strother SR-71 this spring and absolutely love it! I hope I can learn alot from this forum and have a better understanding of the great state of TX.

Well you are in a great place, went to college and lived in San Angelo for about 8 years, doesn't get much better in my opinion. Good luck with your new job and good job coming to the best state in the union.

I went to school out in Angelo, and you won't find a better place to live in Texas. The people are friendly. I am sure you will see plenty four legged deer but the two legged deer in west texas are right up there with the rest of the state!

I can show ya all around this area and give ya some good hunt info. Took me awhile on my own to figure it out around here. Actually hung my bow up for a few years cause it was just such different hunting here, drop me an email sometime and I'll send ya my cell number.
