ok im wanting to put a protien feeder in my feeder pin i have been feeding since may since i just go on this lease in hamilton. And im wanting to know form you guys if i out a mix of corn and protien in the gravity feeder of just put protien in it im still going to keep my feeder going any help would be nice

We always mix corn and protein 50/50 in the first part of the feeder when we set up a new feeder and then phase the corn out.

X2 - Gets the deer used to eating protein if they haven't had it before.

If it has been really a wet year I have had best results starting 75% corn-25% protein and then wean them down from there. Otherwisw 50-50 works great.

X3 with the others. If it's a new feeder you need to 50/50 corn and protein until the deer get use to it.
