A good release with adjustable lenght should do the trick

It is good to have a slightly smaller draw length than what you measure. If you add a loop that adds about a 1/2" and also you want to bend you Left Arm (if you draw with your right arm) so you don't slap the hell out of it.

I'm a 30" draw and shoot a 29" draw I never slap my wrist now

Yes!! If your draw length is really 31" then shoot 31". Having a string loop has nothing to do with draw length at all. It will change your anchor point, but not your DL.
Your bow arm (left arm if a righty shooter) should have your elbow slightly rolled out and the string should touch your nose. That's you draw length. Don't go by internet measurements. They will only get you close. Get measured correctly and if you choose to use a loop only the anchor point will change.
I got a buddy of mine shooting a loop last weekend and he wanted to change his DL. Got him to try it w/o changing DL and changing anchor and he loves it now.

You can use a forward trigger release and minimize anchor point reference.
