Tuning Question

I'm new to carbon arrows and just realized that I could rotate the nocks to allow for vane clearance. I shoot a Quick Tune rest and 4" vanes and was wondering if it was better to have the cock vane shoot between the prongs or try and adjust the vanes to shoot outside the prongs. Anyone here shoot a Quick Tune rest?

I'd personally put the cockvane down and shoot it between the prongs.

I agree. I don't know if it's right but that's the way i used to when i had one of those rests.
