I miss the low cost of deer leases and wish I would have bought land years ago when a dollar went a lot further. East Texas land use to go for $250 to $500.00 an acre, that is when I should have done something.

i miss the good ole days of being in school and not have to worry about working my butt off to make a living

Nah really... I miss the old fashioned food... everything now is wraped with a plastic flavor... more synthetical components on food and so...

For me i miss the old stores where the peaple new you and the new things I like thats changed are atv"s

I miss the days when everyone waved while driving around town and noone had cell phones stuck to their ear. You stop at a red light now and look around and every other person will be on the phone. I miss the days when even the big towns had the small town feel to them and pretty much the whole town shut down to go to the football games. Out here in west texas it is still like this but not in the big cities anymore.


Only thing I can think of that is new that I wish I had along time ago would be a digital camera.

I miss my mom, and my grandma Maggie and her pecan pies, and I miss being in the 4th grade and sitting next to Charlotte and all 3 of her petticoats, and her blonde hair and blue eyes, on a cold snowy day in east texas, and I miss 7th grade and sitting next to Garnet and her miniskirt, never could figure out how she could wear that and hide everything, but she did a great job of it, and I miss Dana, and Debbie, Chris(chick)(took my virginity, and a **** fine job of it she did), Vicky(1st grade, prettiest girl) Linda(2nd grade) Cathy, and Wendy, Jeannie,Carla(my son's mother), Mary, Cherie ( the little cajun girl that John was singing about) ( that's right "Cajun Queen") never mind I'm getting old, who has that address for the lemon pies in Athens, used to vacation in Malakoff....there are no birds in Malakoff, they still fear the Daisy, and I miss my Daisy and a good pirou.....

I miss the days working your butt off physically and not feel it for the next week......or two......

I like 60lb bows with 80% letoffs that perform better than 70lb bows of yesteryear.
