Appreciate the info and will keep that in mind, where is it held or is there a different location each year? Thanks for the welcome.
It's held the second week of March at Austin's Colony Park in Bryan / College Station. We generally start planning right at the end of deer season so you can't miss the fuss.

The last one was "Bownanza VIII" and it keeps growing. It has a dedicated forum where you will find much discussion and planning if you are curious. We basically break into teams and cook stuff... family friendly, it's always fun.

This was the group this past March...
