Adobe Dreamweaver

I have used MS Front Page for years to do website design. MS hasn't supported it for a least a couple of years now and I've wanted to learn Dreamweaver.

Two questions:
1. Can I buy older versions so I'm not paying a ton?
and
2. How's the learning curve?

If I can buy an older version for cheap, where? Ok three questions.

And a fourth, what programs do you guys use?

I bet you can get it off eBay for cheaper. I've never used frontpage but DW was pretty easy to learn. If you get it shoot me a pm, I've got a couple lynda dot com videos I can send you for CS3

That's a decent price. You didn't really mention it, but I'd highly recommend learning HTML itself. I use a text editor to do all of mine. Dreamweaver is a solid product having said that.

yep, good advice...and CSS would come in handy.
