Here's why you should be at Diamond C this weekend

Ok... our Sweety Butts hunt group kind of fell apart.... and too bad for
some of those guys/girl....

this is my menu for the weekend.... just put some of it on the pit here to
cook them about 90% and will finish em when I get there...

Barnacle dusted brisket....

Barnacle dusted pork butt, for pulled pork sandwhiches...

stuff I'll cook when we get there...

Pork loin, to be butterflied and stuff with cornbread stuffing and antelope
pan sausage

Jalapeno's stuff with cream cheese, stuffing, sausage, quail, and wrapped in
bacon

Red, Green and Yellow bell peppers stuffed with sausage and stuffing

bread and butter jalapenos for some cream cheese dip

and a little Gentlemen Jack to wash it all down with...

When we going huntin? Stuffed jalapenos and quail is my kinda living! Gentlemen Jacks not bad either! Toured that place a few times as a kid with the family. Dads a TN Squire member and gets all kinds of JD stuff throughout the year.

I'll have the little pit... we can do ribs one day... those only take about 4.5 hours..



phone is right next to my wallet... I've been running in and out of the
house, loading the truck, checking on the pork and brisket... never
heard it ring...

picked up the vanquish... took 3 shots at 25 yards... all touching..
cameras, gps, you name it... gonna leave the bad boy at home
though... never did get a trailer, and the bed is full of stuff...

I think you make your wife cook all that stuff... we're gonna make
you cook in person one of these days
