Anyone know why the Sweeney offices are closed and the website is down? I've been needing to order a replacement timer and received a message when I called their number that the office was closed due to unforeseen reasons.

I spoke to a lady last week that said that they were aware that the website was down and they were working on it.
I was told elsewhere that the company was recently sold/has new ownership.Comment

The Sweeney situation is temporary
They have not been sold and will reopen their doors within a couple of weeks.
They have temporarily closed due to some internal issues and some reorganization being doneComment
