Went to the lease yesterday to do a little work. Talked to the land owner and he said he is getting rid of his 150 head of goats for GOOD. Will this give me a chance to see more deer? This is a small lease near lampasas. Last year was our first year, and it was not very good. All the deer came in at night. I am hoping that this will bring more deer in. What do you all think?

they took all the sheep off our lease, and it has been great, the native grass is back so it gives the deer alot more to eat in the summer time..

Were the goats coming in to the feeder during hunt times? We have sheep and they will run the deer off of a feeder (or keep them from coming in) every time. Should be a good deal for you.
