    Summertime "cabin fever" sets in..

This time of year I understand how people in the far north get "cabin fever" in mid-winter from being cooped-up inside. Since I am stuck behind a desk all week I spend as much time as possible outside on the weekend. With a string of 100 degree days in the forecast I got up and knocked-out the yard work early then tinkered around in the garage for a while till' it got too hot. I then came in and plopped down on the couch to watch some British Open only to find out my Direct TV isn't working! (searching for satelllite) Dang it! I may be forced to go shopping with my spousal unit or something. I hate this stretch from now till September - it will still be hot but at least I can dove hunt. Waaaaah! End of whine.

I hate working inside as well but such is life. It's nice to have an inside job on those 100+ degrees days!

I know the feeling. I work all week, and am taking 12 semester hours of class this summer. Seems like I work all week, do homework all weekend... Already took a test this morning. Septermber can't get here soon enough!

That's why you need to have friends that take you antelope hunting! Our season opens the 15th of August!

I know exactly what you're talking about. I've been off work for nearly 8 weeks now due to an illness and injury and I am about to go crazy. Both kids are home since it's summer and to top it off we moved my Grandmother in with use a couple months ago due to a spinal surgery.
