Reloading Recipes

Anyone have any good reloading recipes mostly for a 410 but also needing them for 20ga and 12ga. I need both dove loads and trap/skeet loads. Thanks.

19.0 to 19.5 grains of Green dot in the 12 ga. with #7 1/2 to #8 will push about 1250-1300 fps. This is what I load in my AA hulls on my mec. I don't have anything for 20 or 410.
