slice into thin strips.... dab a little soy sauce, and enjoy.

OR... if you insist on cooking it, put a little soy sauce on a fillet, cover the fillet in crushed pepper corns, and cook on the grill until the steak is cooked about 1/5 of the way through.

    then eat it.

don't overcook it... you will ruin it.

      Excuse me.... this is TBH!

You wrap it in jalepeno, cheese and bacon and then grill or fry it.

Cut thick steak(about 1 1/2"), marinate in olive oil and seasoning of your choice for about 30 minutes, then sear on a hot grill. You want to make sure and pull it off while it is still rare, whatever you do don't over cook it.

Yoshida's gourmet sauce drizzled over the mess and a good snot dripping, eye watering batch of WASABI!!!!!

Melt real butter in the skillet. Salt and pepper steaks and put in hot skillet just until the outer 1/8 inch or so is white. Enjoy!

There was a place in Houston that would take an inch thick steak and chicken fry it. Add home jalapeƱo cream gravy...it will set you free brother!
