Need a recipe for a crawfish sauce for tonight..

Going to grilll some NY Strip Elk steaks for dinner tonight and have a bag of crawfish I peeled and froze a couple of months ago after our crawfish boil and want to make a sauce to put on the steaks.

Need a recipe this evening if ya got one as it is all thawing right NOW!

    Thanks!

    simple:

"swett" down some shallots and garlic with real butter(not the tub crap), season with Tony's, add a splash of flour, stir in some HEAVY cream, add the tails and pour over your steak.

          Thanks guys!
Got'em a little late but I found a good one to try online and it worked like a charm. Nothing like a mushroom and crawfish sauce on some fresh grilled elk!

            Mac

I boil the large portabello mushroom caps in RB Elite Seafood Boil and when done, top with the crawfish cream sauce .... good stuff brother

The crawfish cream sauce looks scrumptious, Cajun. And buttery.

I thought I had eaten crawfish just about every way possible -- but have to say, I've never eaten it with elk steaks. Sounds great though -- grilled elk steaks and crawfish cream sauce -- yum yum!!! Let us know how it turns out!
