A/C Service in San Antonio

I am finishing an apartment project in San Antonio (168 units.... 1604 & Hausman Rd) and need to find a local person / company that will be interested in doing some warranty service work. I would like to find an individual that has a small business that will be able to manage same day service, but will use larger companies if needed.

FYI don't use BigTex. It took them 3 weeks to get to me. Twice cancelled at the end of the day after I spent all day waiting for them. Then when they finally showed up to look at the ERV the guy says everything is fine. I told him the motor is not turning. He said oh yeah it's broke. He said they didn't have any parts for it and it would be hard to find. That was 3 weeks ago and have not heard from them. That's jmho...

I'm not from that area, but the easiest thing might be to try and find out who installed the units and use them. Depending on the brand of equipment, many companies will only perform warranty work on jobs they install.

I have used Airtron a few times and they have always been real good. Prompt and reliable. Although I think they are a larger company.

Automated Logic I think they deal with controls mostly my son works for them. When they were Alamo Controls they did it all back then but now don't know since. Automated logic boght out them.............Andy
