I really like my side plates. The stock grip just seems a little too bulky for me. These are quilted maple.

Sweet grips! I agree bulky along with sticky! I hated it. I ordered the factory side plates and was pretty impressed. A little hard to tell here.

Pic of the wife's Kobalt. Not sure how much hunting she will get out of it. The bows a little bright but she had to have a purdy one.

I have been a Mathews guy since they came out in the 1990's, I shot a Hoyt before that. Last week I picked up an Alpha Max. I still like Mathews, but the Hoyt is a sweet shooter.
