Ordered some new FMJ's last week and they were shipped UPS with a scheduled delivery date of today. As I am sure most of you do, when I have goodies en route I like to keep up with the progress. I checked the website at about 2:45 and noticed that they postponed the delivery a day because they couldn't find my address. I was a little upset because I have received many packages from the shipper and they have all been delivered to this address without issue. END OF RANT
RAVE: When I noticed the issue I immediately contacted their customer service totally expecting to receive a long line of automated responses and an extended game of Ring Around the Rosey. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. After the initial automated message to sort the incoming calls I was connected with a real live person who spoke nearly perfect english and was a pleasure to talk to. She apologized multiple times for the confusion, confirmed the address and then took down my number assuring me that someone would make contact within the hour to either confirm address/directions or to allow me to pick up the package at the local hub.
I am a little skeptical that I will receive the call within the quoted time, but even if it comes within 2hrs I will still be pleased with the customer service dept of UPS.
