Every year, when I plant my garden, I plant a couple of habanero plants along with my other peppers. Every year they make more peppers than I can use. This year, however, they have exploded! I mean, really, how many habaneros can one person eat? I have quit picking them because I can't use them or give them away. All of my peppers are doing great, but I can use or eat all the jalepenos, cayennes, banana and bell peppers. I was thinking of making some hot sauce, like Louisiana Hot sauce or Tobasco style. Anyone have any ideas or recipes?
