Here's mine at my house. These pictures were taken a few months ago while I was working on my new deck, so some stuff isn't complete. Actually, I still have to install the firebrick and the capstone. It'll look more complete after that.

Is that a bra? Man I gotta get a deck with a fire pit!

is there a hole in the deck? What does the fire wood sit on? got pics of the inside?

No picture, but we used the end of a 6ft mud tank, cut off with about 1ft of the side left on. Just welded some legs about 1ft long to keep it off the ground. Works great.

Last bump...seeing if anyone has any cool designs I havent seen yet. Fixing to get to welding!

I just finished mine, short of painting it, running a little behind on the thread. It was a work in progress at the time. I opted for the hinge instead of the crank on this one.

Here's a pretty cool substitute for the pivot system on solid bar stock.......seems like it may be a little stronger.....
