What to do with old ammunition?

I've been collecting old shells for a while now. I even have a few that my grandfather had when he was young. They are live rounds but will never be shot. There are many collectors out there for older stuff, including the boxes/packaging they came in. Paper hull shotgun shells are always wanted some where if they are in good condition.

In all honesty, unless the bullet is loose in the mouth, the case is split or punctured, primer missing or distorted it should be good. wipe it down and use it or give it to someone who can. I inspect this stuff for a living, so as long as it was stored indoors in its own box, it should be just fine.
