Bought my first home yesterday!!!!! 1800 sq/ft in an awesome neighborhood. 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, 2 living areas, and 2 car garage. Bought it from our family friend. Just had new thermal windows installed, new a/c inside and out, new roof, and new 30yr no paint siding under the eve's. Just bought new hardwood and tile yesterday eavning and pulled carpet last night for the installer.

Lol I know that's what sucks is the garage is just big enough to put the trucks in. BUT I did manage to get one of the bedrooms as my office. 20x20 with hardwood floors. I was told I can put all the "dead animals" I want in there!!!!! (:
